Bar Vac CD/T is a Clostridium Perfringens Types C & D and Tetanus Toxoid vaccine prepared from cultures of the listed organisms, alum precipitated. It contains antigens for Clostridium perfringens Types C and D plus tetanus, and may also provide immunity against the beta and epsilon toxins elaborated by Cl. perfringens Type B. Approved for use in cattle, sheep, and goats. Administered subcutaneously (Sub-Q), this vaccine eliminates tissue damage resulting from IM administration and saves time and labor because fewer injections are necessary. The 50-dose vial is sized for herd and flock vaccination programs.
